These terms apply to your use of FundedKeys and its tools. The publisher is identified in the legal notice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

FundedKeys is an information and comparison site. It is not a broker, not a prop firm and not a financial adviser. It does not sell trading accounts, hold money or take orders: when you buy, you buy from the firm, on the firm's own terms.

Nothing here is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy from any firm. The lists put accounts in order by a stated measure, such as price or cost per $1,000 of drawdown; an order is a calculation, not a recommendation. Read the risk disclosure before you buy.

Prices and rules are taken from the firms' own official pages, each with its source and the date it was checked (see the methodology). Firms can change prices, rules and offers at any time, so a figure here can be out of date.

Confirm the price, the rules and any discount on the firm's own site before you buy. The firm's own terms prevail over anything shown here.

Discount percentages are those offered with the code at the time of writing; firms can change them, so confirm the discount at checkout.

FundedKeys is an affiliate partner of the prop firms it links to and may earn a commission if you buy through a firm link, at no extra cost to you. This does not change the order of the lists. Details: affiliate disclosure.

Use the site and its tools for your own lawful purposes. The calculators, the risk planner and the compare tool are educational: they apply published rules to the numbers you enter, and their results are estimates.

The site is provided as is and as available. Every effort is made to keep it accurate, but its accuracy, completeness and availability are not warranted: it can contain errors, be out of date or be offline.

To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on it, including trading losses, fees paid to a firm and lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Links lead to sites that the publisher does not control. Their content, products and terms are theirs. Your relationship with a firm is between you and that firm.

The text, design and code of FundedKeys belong to its publisher. You may quote short passages or figures with a link to the page they come from; copying the site wholesale or presenting it as your own is not allowed.

Firm names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the firms that are compared.

How FundedKeys handles personal data, and your choices about it, are described in the privacy policy.

The site and these terms may change. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, as stated in the legal notice.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
