Phoenix Trader Funding consistency rule, worked out
The evaluation rule applies to Classic and Daily; Spark has none on the evaluation but one on the funded account. Each row is worked at the size shown.
Largest profitable day ÷ net profit (since your last payout request, or during the evaluation), capped by each plan. “Under” means the day must stay below the cap; “at most” means it may equal it.

- A review takes up to 72 hours, then KYC and the Pre-Funded contract must be completed within 48 hours; the funded account does not exist until the contract is signed.

- Consistency delays validation
The evaluation validates only when your best day is 50% or less of the total profit; going over never fails the account, it only delays validation.
- No overnight positions
Nothing can be held past the session close or across a weekend, on any account and at every stage; a breach costs the funded account, or the payout and the account once funded.

How do Classic, Daily and Spark differ?
Classic is the monthly one: a 50% consistency rule to pass, weekly payouts at 90% and a locked buffer. Daily pays out every trading day at 80%, with a 50% rule on the evaluation and a wait of 3 trading days before profit is withdrawable. Spark is paid once, has no consistency rule on the evaluation but a 30% rule when funded, pays bi-weekly at 90% and charges an activation fee. A fourth account, Merit, is left out: it has no profit target and the firm decides on funding after a 30-day review.

Spark pays bi-weekly, up to $300–$400. Payouts go through Payoneer, Wise or PayPal, take up to 2 to 3 business days and are never paid in cryptocurrency.
