Consistency

Orion Funded consistency rule, worked out

Only Zero and Nova have a consistency rule, the Best Day Rule on the funded account; the other three programs have none.

Largest profitable day ÷ net profit (since your last payout request, or during the evaluation), capped by each plan. “Under” means the day must stay below the cap; “at most” means it may equal it.

You pay $7 to start a one-phase evaluation with a target of 4%, a drawdown of 8% and a daily loss limit of 4%, with no time limit. The activation fee, $69 to $1,099 by size, is due only once you pass. The pages do not say whether the start fee is credited against it, and only the Terms and Conditions PDF, which could not be captured, give a deadline for paying it: thirty days.

What are the Orion Funded payout rules?

Every funded account pays 80% of simulated profit, rising to 90% after the Scaling Plan, on a bi-weekly cycle: a request window every 14 days, with no waiting period before the first request. Zero and Nova also keep the first 3% of profit as a cushion and apply a Best Day Rule of 20%. No maximum or minimum payout is published.

Does Orion Funded have a consistency rule?

Only Zero and Nova have one, the Best Day Rule, and only on the funded account: your best profit day may not exceed 20% of the profit in the reward cycle. Standard, Swing and Select have no consistency rule to pass or on payouts.

Is the Orion Funded fee refundable?

Not unconditionally. The help center returns the program fee in full on your fourth successful withdrawal, refunds it to a consumer who withdraws within 14 days of purchase before a first trade, and adds it to a reward you claim when an approved reward is more than 48 hours late. The cards' '100% Refund' label states none of these, and two articles word the fourth-withdrawal trigger differently.

Can you reset an Orion Funded evaluation?

Not automatically. A failed evaluation gets no free retry: you place a new order, at any time. The help center points to orionfunded.com for any reset option, and no reset fee is published. An account with no trade for 30 consecutive days expires.

Are Orion Funded accounts real or simulated?

Simulated: every account is a demo account with fictitious funds on real market data, and rewards are paid in real money when you qualify. Passing an evaluation makes you a candidate for the Orion Trader Program, and a third-party entity decides whether to offer a contract.

Does Orion Funded accept US residents?

The pages checked do not say. The help center names some restricted countries and says others exist; the United States is not among those named, and the full list is not on the pages checked.
