Four ways in
Which way in costs least?
For the size you pick: each program at its list price, its activation fee when one is published, and how Instant compares with other firms' instant accounts of the same size.
At $25K: each way in at its list price, against one Instant account ($239).

FuturesElite consistency rule, worked out
The rule changes by program and by stage: Elite and Nitro drop it entirely once funded, Prime and Instant keep a flat percent on every payout.
Largest profitable day ÷ net profit (since your last payout request, or during the evaluation), capped by each plan. “Under” means the day must stay below the cap; “at most” means it may equal it.
Check your own days in the consistency calculator · Plan your risk on this account in the risk planner
Worked example
- Instant $25K: a single session's profit may not exceed 20% of total profit before a payout.
- Prime $50K funded: no single trading day may be more than 40% of the profit behind a request.
- Elite: 40% to pass the evaluation, then none at all once funded.

- Trading hours
- 6:00 PM EST to 4:55 PM EST the next day; every position must be closed by 4:55 PM EST, and the market is closed Friday 4:55 PM EST to Sunday 6:00 PM EST. Overnight and weekend holding are not permitted.
- Price-limit rule
- No trading within 2% of a CME price limit.
- Scalping
- A trade held under 10 seconds, or worth 1 point or less on NQ, counts as a scalp. Scalps over 50% of the evaluation's profit target block the upgrade to funded; on a funded account, scalping alone is not a violation.
- EAs and copiers
- Unauthorized third-party EAs, scripts, bots and high-frequency tools are prohibited, along with hedging across accounts. Copying between a trader's own accounts is offered through FuturesElite's own in-house tool.
- Household
- One trader per household; no IP sharing. The Terms instead frame it as one account per user, with a written-approval exception.

FAQ
FuturesElite questions, answered from the data
What does FuturesElite cost?
Elite from $95 to $353, Nitro from $137 to $328, Prime from $96 to $369, and Instant (funded on purchase) from $239 to $569. Every price is a one-time fee.
Is there a FuturesElite discount code?
No promotion is shown at this checkout: a code has been tried and refused, so every price on this page is the official list price.
Does FuturesElite accept US traders?
No page confirms it: the United States does not appear on any of the firm's three published restricted-country lists, but none of them states in words that US residents are accepted.

Which FuturesElite program is fastest to pass?

Is the FuturesElite drawdown static or trailing?
Prime uses a static End-of-Day Maximum Loss Limit. Elite and Instant trail up and lock at the starting balance. Nitro trails End-of-Day during the evaluation, then switches to intraday trailing that locks $100 above the starting balance once Sim Funded.

Can you reset a FuturesElite account?
Yes, on the evaluation stage of Elite, Nitro and Prime, and on Elite's funded stage (up to 2 times per account). No funded reset price is published for Nitro, or for Prime beyond its 25K size.
Checkout API: account templates (official page, opens in a new tab)
Is FuturesElite regulated?
FuturesElite states it is not a broker-dealer or regulated financial services provider because its accounts trade simulated capital - a position one of its own Help Center pages appears to contradict by separately documenting a real-money Live Trading Program.
What is the FuturesElite Live Trading Program?
A real-money track reached after enough payouts or a discretionary review: the live account starts at $0 with a firm-funded loss floor and a cushion released after 15 profitable days, paying out daily at a 90% split.
